Definitions and Scope of Agreement

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Payment Methods: rm99c accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Identity Verification: rm99c reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts requiring additional review. This verification is part of the anti-money laundering measures we comply with.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the rm99c team. This is to ensure the security of your transaction.

Cryptocurrency: Transactions using USDT, BTC, or ETH are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. rm99c is not responsible for any change in cryptocurrency value that occurs during the processing period.
